Photographer Daniel Whitefield took the cover photo of four of our 20 Under 20 honorees, who will be featured in the January 2012 edition. Many thanks to Grady High School for letting us shoot on the campus. New work by iconic photographer Sally Mann is now on exhibition at Jackson Fine Art until Oct. 29. For Proud Flesh, Mann spent six years documenting her husband, Larry, who suffers from late-onset muscular dystrophy. The work is also captured in a new book by Mann, The Flesh and The Spirit. As always, the images are controversial, haunting and beautiful.
